Classification by nominal pressure
Vacuum stop valve: used in vacuum systems, capable of achieving reliable sealing and fluid control in vacuum environments.
Low-pressure stop valve: nominal pressure is generally 1.6MPa or less, suitable for low-pressure fluid delivery systems.
Medium-pressure stop valve: nominal pressure is usually between 2.5MPa and 6.4MPa, commonly used in medium-pressure industrial pipeline systems.
High-pressure stop valve: nominal pressure is between 10MPa and 100MPa, mainly used in high-pressure petroleum, chemical, electric power and other fields.
Ultra-high-pressure stop valve: nominal pressure is greater than 100MPa, used for special ultra-high pressure conditions, such as high-pressure synthesis, ultra-high-pressure experimental equipment, etc.
Classification by working temperature
High-temperature stop valve: working temperature is usually above 450ºC, used for pipeline systems of high-temperature media, such as steam, high-temperature oil, etc., and the material is generally made of high-temperature resistant alloy steel or ceramics, etc.
Medium temperature stop valve: The working temperature is between 120ºC and 450ºC, which is suitable for some medium temperature industrial processes.
Normal temperature stop valve: The working temperature is between -29ºC and 120ºC. It is the most common type of stop valve and is suitable for general normal temperature fluid transportation.
Low temperature stop valve: The working temperature is between -40ºC and -110ºC. It is used for the transportation of some low temperature fluids, such as liquid ammonia, liquid nitrogen, etc.
Ultra-low temperature stop valve: The working temperature is lower than -110ºC, which is widely used in liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other cryogenic industries
