Shackle is a common connection device in lifting operations. As a connection between the rigging and the end accessories, it can effectively solve the lifting problems such as no hanging point and inconvenient connection of the suspended object . There are many types of shackles, of which type D shackles are usually used for single-leg rigging, while Type B shackles are mainly used for multi-leg rigging. BW and DW shackles are suitable for situations where the rigging does not drive the pin to rotate, while BX and DX shackles are mainly used for situations where the pin may rotate and for long-term installation

 

When the shackle is taken, it should first be checked whether it is smooth and neat, there should be no defects such as cracks and rust, and there should be no permanent deformation and the shaft pin should be flexible, and the wear should not be greater than 10% of the original size . During installation, the buckle body is directly hung into the center position of the hook force, and the pin shaft is connected to ensure that the pin shaft can rotate flexibly in the hole of the suspended object, and there is no blockage between the ear plate
