Product Description
The Japanese wire rope manual tensioner ratchet cable tensioner adopts a ratchet pawl mechanism, which tightens or releases the wire rope by manually rotating the handle to achieve the fixing and tensioning of the wiring or rope. Its core component is a wheel with ratchet teeth. When the wire rope passes through the wheel, the wire rope can be tightened by turning the wheel. The ratchet design makes the wheel only tighten in one direction, effectively preventing the wire rope from braking after tightening.
How to use
Choose an appropriate wire rope and check whether its quality meets the requirements.
Open the ratchet wire rope tensioner, flip the handle upward, and open the device.
Pass the wire rope through the hole in the center of the device, straighten it and fix it on the hook.
Flip the handle down and tighten the wire rope with force until the desired tightness is reached. During the adjustment process, keep the handle steady and rotate continuously to ensure that the wire rope is evenly tightened.
After the operation is completed, flip the handle upward, open the device and remove the wire rope
