2. Materials and manufacturing
Raw materials: The manufacturing materials of German DIN766 standard chain are usually 316 stainless steel or high-quality alloy steel. 316 stainless steel can be used for a long time in harsh environments such as humidity and high salinity due to its excellent corrosion resistance. Alloy steel provides high strength and wear resistance.

5. Use and maintenance
Precautions for use:
The lifting chain should be scrapped when the main ring is twisted more than 10 degrees from the plane where the main ring is not bent.
If any part of the lifting chain chain has cracks, bends or twists, or there are stuck or stiffness and stagnation and cannot be eliminated, it should be stopped from use.
When the permanent elongation of the lifting chain or single ring exceeds 5% of the original length, a new chain should be replaced.
When the allowable wear value of the lifting chain exceeds 10% of the diameter of the round link chain bar or the thickness of the auxiliary tool, a new chain should be replaced.
Maintenance suggestions:
The sprocket should be installed on the shaft without skewness and swing to ensure the normal operation of the chain.
The tightness of the lifting chain should be appropriate to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which may increase power consumption or cause the chain to jump and fall off.
When the sprocket is severely worn, a new sprocket and a new lifting chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good meshing.
The lifting chain should be lubricated in time during work to reduce wear.
